Site Survey and Consultation

Concept Development
During the concept development stage, we develop a core idea that gives your design project depth, meaning, and direction. While 3D renders show the exact final layout, our concept boards establish the atmospheric foundation, defining the colour palettes, textures, and design language that will guide every subsequent decision.
STEP 4
3D/2D Designing
At this stage, we blend all of your concept ideas, needs, and requirements and create a beautiful visual of your new desired space.

FFE Specification
While mood boards capture the feeling and 3D renders show the look, the FF&E document (furniture, fixture and equipment document - "shopping list") lists every single tangible item that will go into the space, ensuring total budget transparency and seamless procurement.
This detailed document includes furniture suppliers, delivery lead times, product and delivery costs.
STEP 6
Project Management
While 3D renders perfect the design on screen, on-site management ensures that the real-world execution matches that vision precisely, managing contractors, solving structural surprises, and controlling costs in real time.
