Vendor Sourcing & Ordering: Placing orders for all approved furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, and materials.

Tendering and Contractor Onboarding

Bid Packages: Issuing technical drawings, electrical layouts, and specifications to contractors for pricing.
